Cancellation Policy
Please kindy note that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy
If you don't give us 48 hours' notice to cancel your appointment or reschedule more than thrice, we will charge you.
- For a 30 min appointment, it is $50
- For longer appointment, it is $100
- For repeated rescheduling, it is $75
If you can't make your appointment, you can always call email or text to cancel, this gives other people a chance to book in your slot.
